PaymentCustomers pay upfront before work begins. An $80 bench fee applies once repair work is performed.
DiagnosticsIn-store diagnostics are free. Mail-in repairs carry a $50 bench fee credited toward approved work.
No RefundsDiagnostic time, approved labor, installed parts, and special-order parts are non-refundable except where required by law.
No-FaultHidden faults, corrosion, prior damage, or failures may become apparent during repair. Performed diagnostic and technical services remain billable.
WarrantyLifetime battery warranty and 90-day warranty on other qualifying repairs. Liquid damage, physical damage, unrelated faults, and unauthorized work are excluded.
Mail-InCustomer pays inbound shipping; TazsTechTown pays return shipping after payment in full.
TazsTechTown LLC does not repair televisions or computer monitors.
